DOES TATTOO REMOVAL HURT?

Tattoo removal is a mild to moderate pain, although we do cool the skin prior to commencing the treatment.

HOW MANY SESSIONS OF LASER HAIR REMOVAL WILL I NEED?

For permanent hair removal a minimum of 6 sessions is required, we recommend 8 to 10 sessions to see permanent results.

Depending on your hair type and goals you may require more or less sessions.

HOW MANY SESSIONS OF TATTOO REMOVAL WILL I NEED?

The amount of sessions needed for tattoo removal varies, as it depends on how old the tattoo is and how deep the tattoo artist had injected the ink into your skin. Most clients have between 3 to 5 sessions, but dependant on the tattoo you could need more treatments.

WHAT SKIN TYPES CAN HAVE LASER ?

At Faith Laser we can safely treat ALL skin types.

CAN I SHAVE INBETWEEN TREATMENTS?

Whilst having laser hair removal you can shave as much as you want!

We just say no other form of hair removal as we need the hair follicle there to be able to destroy it.

CAN I HAVE LASER HAIR REMOVAL WHILST I'M PREGNANT?

Whilst you are pregnant you cannont have laser hair removal treatments.

CAN I HAVE LASER HAIR REMOVAL WHILST BREAST FEEDING?

Whilst we understand you are no longer pregnant we don’t recommend undergoing any laser hair removal treatments.

This is not just for safety it is to save yourself some money too. For 6 months after you give birth your hormones are still extremely high, this can stimulate new hair growth therefore you could be destroying the hair one month but the next a whole new hair growth is in it’s place.

Whilst breast feeding your hormones remain high for up to 6 months after.

CAN I HAVE LASER HAIR REMOVAL OVER A TATTOO ?

Undergoing laser hair removal over a tattoo would lead to burns, blisters and the loss of the tattoo colour, so it is not safe to undergo any treatment over tattoos.
